Returned, Refund & ExchangeMerchandise may be returned within 10 days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorized and up to a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please call 973-371-0888 Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern and Sunday from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm Easterm to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA#.
Merchandise returned must be in 'as mailed' condition, at your expense, unused and complete with all original packaging and instructions (if applicable).
When ordering furniture, it is the responsibility of the customer to examine any furniture for damage prior to accepting delivery, we are unable to provide repair or replacement for furniture that is damaged after delivery. In the case of furniture, all furniture freight fees (both outgoing and return) must be paid by the buyer, and must be received in its original, undamaged condition. An RMA must be obtained in advance of returning any furniture.
Customer who are wish to exchange merchandise within 10 days, we can provide you with a store credit, which you can use for future purchase.
Please contact us directly before attempting to return any products to obtain an RMA number and packing instructions. Cancellation fees will apply for non-stock furniture returns or order cancellations.
