1. Free Shipping & Freight ChargesMost items free shipping when purchase of $100 or more.
When you order liquids or heavy items you will be charged regular USPS freight fees however we will provide $10 of your shipping fees (when purchase of $100 or more) when your shipping fee gets over $10 you will be charge just the different.
If your order is less than $100, you will be charged actual shipping rate.
All orders are delivered by either USPS, UPS.
Free Shipping Only Applies To The Physical Addresses Within The Continental U.S., Excluding Post Office Boxes (P.O. BOX Addresses), HI, AK, VI, PR, APO/FPO Addresses And Outside The U.S.
Please contact us directly if you wish to place a COD order, we do not accept COD orders via the Internet.
Shipping & Handling : We ship within 1 - 2 business days.
All orders placed on Friday after 3 P.M EST will be shipped on Monday or next business day.
We do not process any orders over the weekend & holidays.

2. Returned, Refund & ExchangeMerchandise may be returned within 10 days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorized and up to a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please call 973-371-0888 Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern and Sunday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm Easterm to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA#.
Merchandise returned must be in 'as mailed' condition, at your expense, unused and complete with all original packaging and instructions (if applicable).
When ordering furniture, it is the responsibility of the customer to examine any furniture for damage prior to accepting delivery, we are unable to provide repair or replacement for furniture that is damaged after delivery. In the case of furniture, all furniture freight fees (both outgoing and return) must be paid by the buyer, and must be received in its original, undamaged condition. An RMA must be obtained in advance of returning any furniture.
Customer who are wish to exchange merchandise within 10 days, we can provide you with a store credit, which you can use for future purchase.
Please contact us directly before attempting to return any products to obtain an RMA number and packing instructions.Cancellation fees will apply for non-stock furniture returns or order cancellations.
3. Privacy & Security PoliciesAll Personal information provided by you to us is protected, will not shared with others and never store your credit card information on our site when placing order, beyond that required to process or deliver your order (for example, we may share your contact information and address with UPS or USPS to facilitate the delivery of your order.)
We may occasionally contact you with information about your order, additional product information (such as recall notices), information about new products, or specials. You may opt-out of such mailings at any time.
Our web site does not retain your payment information, and we make every effort to remain in compliance with current payment card industry standards (PCI Compliance.) Orders placed via ourweb siteutilize Secure-Sockets Layer (SSL).
