Production co: You not fooling anyone esp exp barbers 4 people found this helpfulThis product is not as great as u think it’s a great idea none the less for modified t outliners and GTX’s HOWEVER.. There is a MAJOR deception/manipulation with this product. DO NOT THINK YOU’RE JUST GOING TO BUY 1 and it’s going to solve the problem of hair getting down into the casing/motor.. THIS COMPANY MAKES THE CROSS STRIP DIRECTLY UNDER BLADE EXTREMELY FLIMSY ON PURPOSE TO INCREASE SALES I can’t prove this of course, but u don’t need a PhD to know why, but you’ll understand real fast and here’s why.. That little flimsy strip which sits directly under the blade, if u look at it there is NO REASON IN THE WORLD why that little strips connecting the rubber should be that flimsy.. THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM TO MAKE THAT STRIP THICKER. Why don’t they do it u ask? SALES!!!! So they can sell more.. And here’s how.. that little strip is GUARANTEED to break within about 2 weeks even if ur super careful, do not even touch it, and are conservative with cool care spray it will still break AND ONCE IT BREAKS, it’s useless.. It will make the loudest buzzing ever which is in no way tolerable so what’s the alternative? “Well I just gotta buy another one I guess” I hate that I have to buy this cover but there is no alternative, no competition over it so u are basically a slave to this cover AND THE COMPANY KNOWS IT. Please, someone create an alternative.. I am not the only barber who figured this out trust me..
