I love it! Been using it for about 5 years. 1 people found this helpfulI love this tool. I have mainly straight hair that has a bit of a wave in it. I wear it in a bob style. I get my roots dry, then pin up my hair in parts and use this tool to dry and smooth out the mid to end parts. My hair looks salon perfect every time. I use a leave-in conditioner and also a little bit of Bumble&Bumble setting lotion to lock in the style. The only downside is that I wish it was dual current so I could take it with me when I travel. Also, if you're not careful hair can get caught in it and get pulled out. But I have learned to use this tool to minimize that problem.

Great idea 1 people found this helpfulNeedy work on the hair getting caught on it. I love it but hate the fact that pulls chunks of hair. This is not a cheap hair dryer, I wish they would have figure out a way not to get a hair pulled on it.

Came across this in the UK! 0 people found this helpfulI bought this first in Oxford ( UK) then figured out how to find the same one w a USA plug! I love this thing ! It will spin on both sides is easy to use and I’ve had it over 4 years now! I do have to say it won’t spin on high only on low ? Not sure why but I just use it on low now !

It's ok 1 people found this helpfulI had high hopes that I would love it as much as my BaByliss curling iron but was disappointed. I lost a lot of hair and it's finally growing back, so I have a lot of small baby hairs. I hoped this would smooth them out but it makes them stand straight up. Also the volume is lacking compared to other similar brands.
