By accepting delivery of any product ordered from BarberSalon.com ("BarberSalon.com"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and BarberSalon.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and BarberSalon.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from BarberSalon.com.
We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (No Exchanges). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order within 5 business days of receipt.
Note to International Customers
- All Andis Products cannot be shipped to International. (We can only ship to addresses within the United States)
- All Replacement batteries cannot be shipped to International. (We can only ship to addresses within the United States)
- In original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, in the original netting, and with tags attached) and in original packaging.
- Odor-Free (Any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for return)
- For Sanitary Reasons : face masks, face shields, straight razors, shears, combs, brushes, liquids, guards, blades, chemicals, aerosols, capes, jackget, vests, etc (unless there is a verifiable manufacturer's defect)
- Discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, batteries, clipper parts & tools, special order items and wholesale orders.
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS, ALL PRE-ORDER ITEMS, ALL BUY 1 GET 1 FREE ITEMS, ALL COMBO DEAL ITEMS
- Any products shown to be used such as trimmed, cut, odor on product and styling product residues found on merchandise will be ineligible.
- Products teased/feathered are considered used/damaged and will be ineligible.
- Products with tags cut, unattached, no hair net and no tissue paper inside the cap will be ineligible.
- US Continental Return for refund within: 10 calendar days
- International and military installation Return for refund within: 15 calendar days
If customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, we will charge a 20% restocking fee to recover return shipping costs.
If your product is ineligible for return, we will email you the option of:
Returning the item(s) to you at your cost
Ineligible item(s) will be automatically disposed of, 30 days after receipt.
We will only pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Note: Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned product to BarberSalon.com. We recommend that you(1)use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and(2)either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to(1)use a carrier that offers tracking or(2)insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
Out-Of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Item Is Out Of Stock (Back-Order), We Will Cancel And Issue A Refund For The Item(S). We Cannot Process Any Exchanges For The Item(S) That Is Out Of Stock.
Standard Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned within 10 calendar days of the receipt date. All returns must be authorized and minimum 20% restocking fee will apply.
This Is Our Standard Return Policy. Items Covered By This Policy (Those Products For Which BarberSalon States "This Item May Be Returned For A Store Credit Or Refund Within 10 Days For Customers") Must Be Returned To BarberSalon Within 10 Calendar Days For US Continental Customers Or 15 Calendar Days For International Or Military Installation Customer Of The Invoice Date For This Policy To Apply. "Return" Constitutes Receipt Of The Product By BarberSalon, And Not The Mere Issuance Of An RMA.
Please call 973-371-0888 Monday thru Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without an RMA#.
Merchandise returned must be in 'as mailed' condition, at your expense, unused and complete with all original packaging and instructions (if applicable).
Customers who wish to exchange merchandise within 10 calendar days, we can provide you with a store credit, which you can use for future purchases.
The Following Conditions Are Not Acceptable For Return, And Will Result In The Product Being Returned To You At Your Expense:
- Any Item That Is NOT 'as mailed' condition (unused and complete with all original packaging and instructions).

BarberSalon.com is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered and by purchasing from BarberSalon.com. You are agreeing to these terms and here by forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to Mother Nature or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of BarberSalon.com.

About Free Shipping Delivery Method
We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected if there is a problem with the provided address and/or the shipping method that was selected. We reserves the right to substitute a comparable shipping method at our own discretion. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping.
2) Save $10 on shipping when the purchase of $100 or more.
We will provide $10 of your shipping fees (when the purchase of $100 or more) when your shipping fee gets over $10 you will be charged just the difference.
If your order is less than $100, you will be charged actual shipping rate.
All orders are delivered by either USPS, UPS.
Lost or Stolen Item
We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered by carrier(USPS or UPS).
If you received wrong item (color, length, item) please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item(s) for us to investigate on the matter. We require you to take picture of the wrong item and e-mail it to one of our customer care representative to verify that you received wrong items. Once we verify that you receive wrong item we will e-mail you UPS pre-paid return label for you to send the wrong item back to us. However, if you can't drop the item at UPS store or UPS driver or if you are located in military installation or international we ask you to mail the item back to us via USPS Priority mail and enclose the receipt inside box for us to refund the shipping cost back to you.
We will ship out correct item once we verify that you have mailed out incorrect item back to us.
If you want to get refunded we will refund once we receive item and inspect the item.
If we don't receive wrong item within 30 calendar days of you contacting us we will void out the UPS return label and reject the wrong item back to you.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at BarberSalon.com will effectively void return policy. Physical damage includes item that has been altered, cut or damaged, missing item package will void return policy. As a result, BarberSalon.com will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
You can expect your order to be processed and ship out within 24-72 business hours from order time, and there are no problems with payment verification. BarberSalon.com does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
You may request to change your shipping address or shipping method once you submit your order. However, we can't make changes to your order item once you submit your order. To make changes to your shipping address or shipping method, contact us at (844) 837-8157 during BarberSalon.com hours of operation. Please, have your order number or customer number ready for better assistance. We do not take order change via e-mail due to email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer number of emails we receive each day.
Cancelling an Order
BarberSalon.com processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you 'complete purchase'. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately at BarberSalonOrder@gmail.com with Subject Cancel Order# or by phone (844-837-8157) during business hours.
Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund.
Orders already shipped from our warehouse cannot be cancelled and will fall under the returns for refund policy.
