Wella Color Charm Powder Lightener is controlled, reliable lightening action. Protecting oil system helps to lock in moisture. Great for all on- and off-the-scalp application techniques and provides up to 7 Levels of Lift. Excellent for highlights with foils or balyage techniques, full head lightening, regrowth applications, and color correction.

RECOMMENDED MIXING: For off-the-scalp application, mix 1 oz. of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 1 oz. of the appropriate Wella Developer (20 or 30 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl. For on-the-scalp application, use only 20 Vol Creme Developer by mixing 1oz. of Color Charm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. Wella Creme Developer. Do not process for more than 50 minutes.

IMPORTANT: Never shampoo before lightening. Perform a strand test before complete application. Always wear gloves.

CAUTION: Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or hair on other parts of the body. Do not use on hair in poor condition. Do not use in a metal mixing bowl. Do not permanently wave the hair immediately before or after lightening. Do not use if the scalp shows abrasions, scratches, or any other abnormal condition. Store in a cool, dry place.
