Works well, doesn't weigh your hair down, but somewhat tames it. I used to use Goldwell Smooth before it was discontinued. The Goldwell worked a bit better, but the Mizani is almost as good. I use 5 squirts into my palm, 3 times, for my almost-shoulder-length hair. Then I use Kristin Ess Working Serum for shine. The shine makes my hair appear more tame, without actually taming it further.
