    In addition to it breaking on its third use, the material is nothing like the original and doesn't glide smoothly over your hair. Also, doesn't cut as well as the original guard. I tried to post a pic of the broken guard, but I continue to get an error message.

    Everything was really easy. Did an online search and found the right attachment for my unit. The only complaint is that I was never notified when the product shipped. I must add that the shipment arrived in about 7 days from the order. But still, no notification as when it shipped and by which carrier. Otherwise, good service.
