Website did provide info about metal piece needed for this 3 people found this helpfulI emailed BS Barber about my recent purchase. The product came fast and great packaging. My issue was I didn't know this replacement piece has been updated and now you need a metal piece for this to work. Nowhere in the description was this stated and when I email BS I get not respond.
